Our online booking system allows you to book your appointments 24/7.
If trying to book further than 10 weeks in advance, reschedule an appointment or if your preferred date and time is not available please contact us via text on 0431 467 797. Please note, as a small business we do not have a full time receptionist so all messages will be responded to asap within the hours of 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday.

All confirmation texts are sent out 48hrs prior to the day of your appointment. Please reply to this at your earliest convenience.

G&CO Beauty has a 24 hour cancellation policy from the time and date that you receive your confirmation text (NOT 24hrs FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME). Attempting to cancel or reschedule an appointment after this time will result in the late cancellation fee needing to be paid which is 50% of the treatment price that was booked.

Late arrivals (10 minutes or later) will run the risk of losing their appointment and cancellation fee needing to be paid. If you are running a couple of mins late please contact the boutique immediately to let us know.

NO SHOWS and cancellations on the day of your appointment are required to pay 100% of their original appointment value within 24 hours or they will forfeit any future bookings.
