Our online booking system allows you to book your appointments 24/7.
If trying to book further than 12 weeks in advance, reschedule an appointment or if your preferred date and time is not available please contact us via text on 0431 467 797. Please note, as a small business we do not have a full time receptionist so all messages will be responded to asap within the hours of 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking an appointment with G&CO Beauty, either online or in salon, you agree to the following Booking and Cancellation Policy.
Appointment Confirmations
A confirmation text message is sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please reply to confirm your attendance as soon as possible.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
G&CO Beauty requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our cancellation period begins from the time your confirmation text is sent (approximately 48 hours before your appointment), not from your appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after this period will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service value.
Late Arrivals
If you are running a few minutes late, please contact the salon as soon as possible.
Clients arriving 10 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. In these circumstances, the late cancellation fee may apply.
No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice, or cancelling on the day of your appointment, will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked service value.
This amount must be paid within 24 hours before any future appointments can be made.

Direction -
Simply apply a droplet of the Nourishing Growth Oil to both of your brows and lashes. To achieve the best results with this product, it’s recommended to use the oil on a daily basis.
